Return Policy

1. You can initiate a full refund if it has not been shipped.

2. If the goods have been shipped but not received, you need to bear the freight.

3. If you are not satisfied with the use of the received product, you can take a picture of the product and fill in the corresponding form within 15 days of receiving the goods, after Bossgoomall raises the sale, we will deduct the deduction fee based on the actual situation. After more than 15 days, you can send an email to trading@bossgoo.com to apply, and we will send someone to communicate with you.
